An egregious oversight that has just been corrected.Posted by: Flip | Nov 23, 2005 2:46:22 PM
Thank God for Congressman Murtha. Thank God for his independent thought. I am thankful that you are so objective to still believe the president when most of american doesn't. AP/Ipsos Poll, November 7-9, 2005 Now I'm going to read you some words that might be used to describe a person. As I read each word, please tell me whether you think the word describes George W. Bush, or not. Stubborn: 82% Yes | 17% No Ethical: 47% Yes | 51% No Honest: 42% Yes | 57% NoPosted by: Timmy Tom | Nov 23, 2005 3:48:25 PM

From Slovakia, you are welcome (although as an American I don't quite count -- yet I CAN vote in the upcoming local county/ kraj elections). Thank You, United States of America. First and still the greatest, though imperfect, Democracy in the modern world. I pray for a World Without Dictators.Posted by: Tom Grey - Liberty Dad | Nov 24, 2005 9:38:02 AM
I had you up until the Minutemen. I find it hard you condone vigilantism and have so little faith in the National Guard. Or do you also support ELF and Greenpeace?Posted by: Bleargh | Nov 24, 2005 12:50:59 PM
ELF is a terrorist organization. Quite different from the Minutemen, whose stated mission is no more vigilantism than a neighborhood watch program or a concerned citizen making a legal citizen's arrest to stop a crime. While not a sustainable model in the long term, the Minuteman Project proved that much better border control is not only possible, it's fairly simple to achieve. A major reduction in illegal crossing results almost immediately, given a large number of highly visible, well-armed men and women standing watch. Whould'a thunk?Posted by: Flip | Nov 24, 2005 1:06:42 PM
