Bush Speech Proxy Coverage
I had insufficient time to give the President's "New Way Forward" speech due attention tonight, but Mary Katherine, blogsitting for Michelle, threw the pre-game party, Allah hosted an open thread, and John Hawkins and Jay Stephenson went liveblogging for the speech itself as well as Dick Durbin's asinine response.
Postgame: Hugh Hewitt critiques the President's performance and Mary Katherine rounds up the fors and againsts among GOP Presidential hopefuls.
Other Stuff:
Update: From FNC's Hannity and Colmes":
Rudy Giuliani: If this works, George Bush doesn't win. America wins.
Hannity: And the world wins.
Rudy: Yeah, the world wins.
And later in the broadcast...
Tom Vilsack: We've been [in Iraq] for 5 and a half years.
We have?
